3 Days Queen Elizabeth National Park Wildlife Tour

This short wildlife tour highlights the beauty of Queen Elizabeth national park at your fingertips as you explore the medley of wonders in three days. You start the journey with a photographic moment at the equator line and proceeding through Mbarara which is famous for its long horned Ankole cattle. The tea plantations by the roadside have created green scenery for any traveler to wonder. One is able to have a explore several cater lakes by the road side and around the park which create an added great experience of the trip. On reaching the park one has great wildlife safari waiting with great sightings of animals like elephants, buffalos, hippos, crocodiles, lions, leopards, kobs among others and several bird species both on land and on water.


After an early morning breakfast, your guide will drive you to Queen Elizabeth national park through Masaka Mbarara road. You will have a stopover at the equator in Kayabwe which is 73kms away from Kampala and a stretch of about an hour. You will then embark on your journey to Mbarara where you will have your lunch at igongo cultural center and hotel/Ishanyu foods. You will proceed on your journey through the beautiful sceneries designed with wide tea plantations, forests and crater lakes before you reach the park. Check in at the lodge for relaxation dinner and overnight.

Day 2: game drive and launch/boat cruise
After an early breakfast, you will drive to the park for your morning game drive, you expect see a lot of wildlife such as lions, leopards, hyenas, kobs, elephants, birds, buffalos among others. The game drive normally takes 4 hours through the Kasenyi plains as you explore more of the second largest savannah park. After the game drive, you will transfer to the lodge for lunch and proceed to Mweya/ kazinga channel for an afternoon boat launch. While on the boat you will have an encounter with wildlife as many animals come by the lake shores to quench their thirst. Expect to see several aquatic animals such as hippos, crocodiles, monitor lizards and water birds. After the boat ride, you will transfer back to the lodge for dinner and overnight

After an early morning breakfast, you will drive to Kampala via Mbarara. Lunch en-route either in Mbarara or Masaka depending on the time you will have set off from Queen Elizabeth national park. You will then have a stopover at Mpambire drum village and at the equator for the last photo moments and visit to the craft shops and proceed on to your journey. Check in at your hotel or proceed to the airport depending on the arrangements of the day.
